Kaveh S. Hosseini
Mr. Hosseini’s practice is exclusively devoted to representing employees in employment law issues. He has successfully represented clients of a wide range and his extensive litigation experience encompasses representing employees in nearly every aspect of employment law.
Mr. Hosseini is committed to his clients and personally handles every case that the Firm takes on, from the initial intake stage through litigation.
Mr. Hosseini spent several years as a defense attorney, including at some of the largest and most reputable law firms. Mr. Hosseini understood that his services would be better served standing up for employees and fighting for their rights. He witnessed the devastating effects of illegal workplace conduct on employees whose families depend on them and knew that his services would be best utilized helping those individuals who were wronged.
Mr. Hosseini’s years of defense litigation and advising employers has provided him unique insight into the operations and strategies of employers and their attorneys. This has provided Mr. Hosseini the special ability to quickly master the facts of a case and develop effective strategies for achieving the most successful outcome for his clients.
